The Man Behind Rogers Electric: Lin R. Rogers

A native of Seattle, Washington, Lin Rogers started Rogers Electric in 1983 after working for many years in the electrical contracting industry. With five people operating out of a small location, Lin set out to create a company with values and ideals he could proudly give his name to. The exponential growth of the business simply proved the merit of his ideas.

Lin Rogers is constantly at work to improve his company, himself, and the world around him. With a background in management and finance, Lin continues to pursue educational growth as he has completed the Owner/President/Management Program at Harvard Business School and has recently obtained an MBA at Emory University. Both he and the corporation support a number of charities and non-profits, particularly those related to education or children’s health. In every aspect of his life, he is continually pushing for improvement, and harbors no doubt he will achieve it.

Lin’s enthusiastic confidence permeates every aspect of Rogers Electric. Through programs like the Management Development Training Program and the personal educational assistance he has provided many individuals, Lin fosters the same attitude in the next generation of Rogers Electric’s management. The name Rogers Electric will always stand for unmatched quality, exceptional service and the joy of a job well done.
