The Avenue, a retail concept introduced by Cousins Properties in 1998, is an outdoor lifestyle center concept with eight locations throughout the Southeast. Rogers Electrical performed the electrical work for the buildings at The Avenue Forsyth for Hoar Construction and installed the site and pedestrian lighting directly for the owner / developer. The Avenue Forsyth incorporates over 75 mixed-use tenants in 400,000 sqft of retail space on more than 70 acres and features an open-air, pedestrian friendly setting. Tenants include high end retailers, a theater, a pharmacy, medical and dental services, banks and many restaurants. In addition to the retail space there is 72,000 sqft of Class A office space blended in to the multiple project buildings.

Rogers Electric's contract with Hoar Construction to do the electrical building and site work at The Avenue Forsyth was valued at over $5 million and took 18 months to complete. During that same time period Rogers installed decorative pedestrian lighting worth more than $75,000 directly for Cousins Properties. Rogers continues to provide electrical services for additonal tenants and buildings at The Avenue Forsyth.
