As hurricanes develop, Rogers Electric follows the national Weather Center and once they make land fall, we analyze and determine how many customers we service in the area. From there, we begin building crews, which we pull from all divisions. As the storm progresses, we place our techs nearby, with fuel trucks for quick response time. We partner with a generator company on what locations they are setting generators, and once the generator is set, we come behind the generator company to tie in power and get the store operational.

Rogers Electric places crews throughout the area to check generators throughout the day and keep them operable. We also position another team of electricians to safe off areas from down power poles and other safety hazards. All Rogers Electric employees are equipped with water, gas and other perishable items throughout the duration of the cleanup. Rogers Electric excels with staying in constant contact with our customers and updating them throughout the repairs. During disaster relief, Rogers Electric sets up a 24-hour support team to provide assistance and communicate with our customers, generator company and technicians.
