Rogers Electric contracted with a construction company to perform the electrical work for the buildings at an open-air, pedestrian friendly shopping destination with eight locations throughout the Southeast. The development incorporates over 75 mixed-use tenants in 400,000 square-foot of retail space on more than 70 acres. Tenants include high end retailers, a theater, a pharmacy, medical and dental services, banks and many restaurants. In addition to the retail space there is 72,000 square-feet of Class A office space blended in to the multiple project building.

Rogers Electric's contract to do the electrical building and site work took 18 months to complete. During that same time period, Rogers installed decorative pedestrian lighting. Rogers continues to provide electrical services for additional tenants and buildings at this popular shopping destination.
