Service from Rogers Electric is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our toll-free telephone number for service is 1-866-600-4573. We also accept service calls via fax, email or Internet. Our response time for emergency calls is four hours or less.

Once a service request has been received, our state-of-the-art GPS/Communication System allows us to identify the closest technical team. All relevant information is relayed to the technicians so they can arrive informed and prepared to complete the repair as soon as possible. During the repair, we keep the customer informed with regular reports on technician arrival time, work in progress, completed tasks and project completion. We stay in close communication with our customers until the issue is resolved to their satisfaction.
