Once a service request has been received, our state-of-the-art GPS/Communication System allows us to identify the closest technical team. All relevant information is relayed so the technicians can arrive informed and prepared to complete the repair as soon as possible. During the repair, we keep the customer informed with regular reports on technician arrival time, work in progress, completed tasks and project completion. We stay in close communication with our customers until the issue is resolved to their satisfaction.
