Disaster Recovery

Rogers Electric's emergency on-call service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our standard response time for a localized emergency call is 4 hours or less. Whether the problem is a safety issue or a loss of business function, our technicians are standing by to serve your electrical needs.

In the event of a regional disaster such as a hurricane, tornado or other catastrophic occurrence, Rogers can deploy as many as 130 trucks to the area, supplemented by 1200 employees. We work quickly to restore power to our customer locations so they can resume service to the public in times of need. We hook up generators to provide temporary power and survey any building damage to check for electrical safety issues. Once power is restored, we safely disconnect the temporary service.
